The finale of this three-night Austin run manages to top the previous two, which is no easy feat (sorry pun). This is the longest at nearly 2 1/2 hours, and the deepest dive into obscurity for the set list. The acoustic section has Long Distance Love, Six Feet of Snow and Truck Stop Girl, all sung beautifully by Craig and Richie backing with his sweet harmonies. But the award for Song I'd Wish They'd Play More is Boom Box Car, from the sadly stealth Shake Me Up album. Boom Box Car may be the funniest feat song ever, and it has blazing slide from Paul. There is so much more: a blues section, a jazz section, a smoking guitar outtro to Shake Me Up – and that's before the encores with a full-blown Chicken Song. And the sound is the same outstanding mix as the other two shows. This is the best vintage feat show released here in some time.
