This was a triple bill consisting of <a href="http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=576703" rel="ugc nofollow">James Casey & Friends</a>, <a href="https://archive.org/details/soulgrass2014-12-04.cmc621.sbd.matrix.flac24" rel="ugc nofollow">Bill Evans' Soulgrass</a> and then Lettuce in that order.  Originally the show was supposed to be Soulgrass and James Casey & Friends but a 3rd Lettuce show was added for the 12/4 date as the 12/5 and 12/6 Lettuce shows sold out.
