View Notes1.  The band was very prompt, they actually started 10 minutes before their planned time.  I had barely made it in and had to work my way into  a good taping spot.  The mics started very low (hand held, clamped low to table and then raised to final position) during the first song.  

2.  Someone accidentally bumped my gear bag late in the 1st set (8 minutes before end) and the MTII lost signal.  I slowly faded it out in post production as the music cuts.  Sorry.

3.  Entire Second Set and Encore with Jeremy Saunders on saxophone and Steve 'Big Daddy' McMurry on guitars/vocals.
