Original recording & transfer by Robbie Dunn Compiled February 2006 vanillag NOTES (3/26/2023): --Super BIG Thanks to Robbie Dunn for recording & sharing out this Jazz Is Dead 1998 show far & wide for all of us. Absolutely Appreciated & sounds so sweet!! --the very beginning of "Red Baron" is missing, most likely due to pausing the deck & missing the very start when they came back for the encore --Merl Saunders opened the show with a solo performance --I added more detail to the band members info --corrected some songs toward how they appear on the original albums --added more detail to the setlist --added more detail to the venue info --this venue has changed locations a few times...its original location was on 30th Street when it was known as the "White Horse Tavern" (1978-1981), then changed its name to "Ziggy's" & moved to 433 Baity Street which closed after Thanksgiving in 2007 (1981-2007)...then on August 5, 2011, Ziggy's reopened in Winston-Salem, in a 14,000 sq ft space on the corner of West 9th and Trade Street (170 West 9th Street to be exact) in the Downtown Arts District...that venue closed down on February 21, 2016 & Ziggy's re-located again & re-opened on 2022-04-01 at 1547 West English Road, High Point, NC --venue presents itself on its building & logo as "Ziggy's - Roots Rock Reggae" --https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ziggy%27s --https://www.headfirstrecords.com/NCshows/ziggys.php --https://www.yesweekly.com/business/the-rise-and-fall-of-the-new-ziggys-roots-rock-resentment/article_e3d2f71a-6d7c-11ec-8cfd-8b40ead95362.html --https://greensboro.com/ziggys-nightclub-turns-20-this-month/article_5b917fe9-85f2-58ce-adbb-3a0809e282bf.html --created an ffp checksum file --added some pics of the venue
