Wavelab was used to smoothly fade down the audience noise between tracks, raise the volume of a couple of the quieter tracks, add a 2db boost to the rigth channel and perform the main fades. Isotope RX Advanced was used to resample to 44.1kHz and dither to 16 bit. The total length runs to just over 84 minutes. I've indexed this so that there are two tracks of inconsequential chatter/audience noise which can be omitted so that the whole thing will go comfortably on one CD.
