This was my first Indecision show. This source is taken from only one 90 minute tape, featuring the entire second set and a "filler" of part of the first set. I don't know how I obtained the tape - probably from my friend Mark S. - but I got it soon after the show. I also DON'T KNOW THE EXACT DATE but it is from July '88. This is the original core four band members only, which in my view is the best Indecision - nothing against Chris and Doug (I love what they bring too!). The show features a wonderfully played Eyes Of The World, a sublime Ponder Yonder, a typically powerful Indecision treatment of Dear Mr. Fantasy, some truly creative bass lines from Shawn in Had To Be, and an unidentified but immensely tasty instrumental jam that leads into Hand Jive (if anyone knows the name of it, please let me know!). Unfortunately there are three cuts. The songs in the first set filler are spliced close together on the tape (I assume for space since the Franklin's Tower painfully cuts off before the ending). The sound quality, while not A+, is maybe slightly better than the 1-21-89 show I uploaded a couple weeks ago and just sounds as I remember it from 24 (!) years ago. Enjoy!
