Taper Notes:
View NotesNotes: - The weather was threatening all night long, so rather than run from our seats, we ran directly in front of the board, under a two-foot overhang thanks to the general awesomeness of FOH engineer Gordon. Fortunately the venue sounds fantastic even from back there. - Ryan was in rare form - "Manifest Destiny" features some improv lines about milkshakes from Dairy Queen, and the last song before the encore featured him braving a 2-foot deep moat of black water between the stage and the crowd. Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVtvLQEbHJE - "Jesus On The Radio" was played acoustic in the middle of the crowd to the right of the soundboard; the band stood on chairs and was surrounded by fans. It's almost impossible to hear, unfortunately. This is a 24-bit, 48kHz recording and is not suitable for burning to CD. A 16-bit, 44.1kHz recording is available.
