Set one from row W in second balcony LOC and 6 rows from the top of the venue. Set two from row F, just right of the center access stairway and 4 rows and a walkway distant from the loge railing... maybe 25'. Post NOTES Editing done in 32bit/48Hz realm: ------------------------------------------------------------------ - EQ - rolled the bass off a tad at around 35hz, curse of the omni. - Level adjustment - balanced levels in first 3 min set one - Fades - IN/out of sets Random Notes: ------------------------------------------------------------------ This was the fourth show from the recently refurbished Palace Theatre in downtown St. Paul. Think Milwaukee's Riverview in configuration. The recording is meant to be an indicator of how the room sounds in the balcony area using omni mics. The taper was coming off a two day hacking cold bout. Efforts were made to scrub the handful of "local" coughs.
