Three small episodes involving the cries of frustration from the mouth of a three year old were edited out of the program... although not all of her contributions to the evening could be as easily minimized. (Disc II trac 7)  Also the Cedar intros were pared down as well  as some of the brief technical problems that occurred just before the first song of the night.

* SBD matrix: Channel A was the board mono mix + subs + various adjustments sent only to the Right side accent PA speakers.  Channel B was the board mono mix + subs + various adjustments sent only to the Left side accent PA speakers.  These outputs were peaking at -12db and the signal was hitting the UA5 at just over 50% input gain.  Estimated Aud/SBD split is 70/30.
