04/07/12 (Sat) Oakdale Theatre - Wallingford, CT Recorded 8th row 1 seat left of center Mic about 7 feet AKG C33 Stereo Microphone into Grace Design Lunatec V3 25 db gain no low filter digital turned off analog only into Sound Devices 744T with recorded at 192khz and 24bits Edited, tracked and all fades and sample rate conversion processed in 64 bit then converted to 16 bit in Soundforge 9 Had some problems with the my girl friend and her ticket so I was rushed at the start of the show first song 'Greatest Story Ever Told' has some dropouts in the beginning from the mic cable coming out of the stereo mic while setting up and aiming the mic THANK YOU To the administrator for the Furthur collection at www.archive.org. for catching that the first files posted were shrinking to much when compressed with flac. My Apogee Rosetta 200 was to blame when it converted the files from 24 to 16 bits so I made the conversion in soundforge 9. They sound better now and compress to the right size. Sorry for not catching it before I posted the files. Dave

This is an analog remaster (in the name ARM = analog remaster). Remastering effects chane; Soundforge 9 played thru a Lynx Studio AES16 into UA2192 for 24-192 digital to analog conversion then into SPL 9526 stereo vitalizer just for the stereo exspanded effect nothing else then into Klark Teknik DN 410 for EQ then back into the UA2192 for analog to 24-192 digital conversion and recorded on to a Sound Devices 744T. The Lynx Studio AES16 and UA2192 are clocked to an antilope Isochrome master clock set at 192Khz. Edited, tracked and all fades and sample rate conversion to 48Khz processed in 64 bit then converted to 24 bit in Soundforge 9 then converted to 24-48 Flac in Media Jukebox 14.

location: sec. 208 seat jj row a stand 8'. ots (wtf?) the ceiling was 8' high and the "taper section" (off to the way left side of the hall) was full of loud yahoos, who were damned to have any one tell them how to enjoy the show. When the band is playing, SHUT THE FUCK UP. Whether I'm taping or not. I didn't pay 75 bucks to hear you yell or bang your cup. Thanks to Furthur for allowing taping, to Craig and to Adam who forfieted his ticket to me this night.
