View NotesNotes: This was the last night of a 3 day run at Red Rocks. This was the rocking day and both sets offer good music and jamming. Band started at 7:10 and ended at 9:10. Recorded using 2 sets of mics in offical taper section. Clamped mics to rail on right side. Used DPA 4027's ORFT on mic stand at ~7.5 feet. Second set of mics - DPA4022's with shock mounts aimed directly at outside of stacks. The sound at the venue was good and loud with big bass response. Sounding of the recording varies, first set sounds good then wind coming up at end of the set and wind again during the second set. Performance: A Sound Quality: B+/A-
