Transfer to digital into Adobe Audition at 32bit/96kHz float
Editing done in 32bit/96kHz realm:

- Noise Reduction - attempted to attenuate some wind rumble.  Mostly worked, but
  at the expense of the changing of some actual bass content. There wasn't much of it.
  Some couldn't be treated fully... that's the wind for you.

- Mastering - stereo field adjustment - panned left to right 10% and applied 80% field
  widening. Added 3dB to rt channel and bumped both 5dB via limiter before tracking.

- nip/TUCK - cut the last few seconds of "room" after band ended as it was heavily
  stamped w/wind noise and contained little content.

- Fades - IN/out of set

Resample/dithered to 16bit/44.1kHz
