I have recorded all of their performances at ‘Concerts In The Plaza’. I had intended this to be a matrix recording with both the soundboard feed and my Neumann KM-140 cardioids with my Mackie mixer, but I arrived near the start of the show and only had time to plug the Tascam recorder into the XLR board outputs. Actually, I think the matrix would have been a mistake, as there was a lot of people talking loudly near the board. I’m definitely not a rap fan, and much prefer the bluegrass music that Cuesta Ridge is so good at performing, so I don’t care for the song ‘Gin N’ Juice’. Apparently this was the first time that drummer Brent Vander-Weide performed a wedding onstage, during this song. Do NOT Convert To MP3. Enjoy! Share freely, don’t sell, play nice, don’t run with scissors, etc. ;)
