Editing done in 16bit/44.1mHz realm:
 Fades - IN/out (transitions between discs are seamless, no fades)
 Level adjustment - adjusted/balanced opening seconds as levels were 
                    brought up.  A general boost of x dB applied w/a
                    hard limit of -0.2dB
 near clap reduction - padded applause w/-20> -50% envelope
  EQ - dampened some "P's" several tunes as well as shaped the chello 
      low presence via parametric EQ in Cheap Wine & 29 w/a narrow 3dB
      bump at 200Hz
