CA-14 Cardioids [DIN] > CA-9200 > Edirol R-09 (24 bit @48kHz)
Lineage:
SanDisk 16GB SDHC Card > (USB) 24 bit @48kHz > Cd Wave
Taper Notes:
View NotesFirst and foremost, I need to thank Kevin Martin for getting me into this show. The show sold out from under me and I picked the wrong day to buy my ticket. A quick message to Kevin got me guestlisted, so THANK YOU, kind sir! This had to have been the smallest place I have ever seen Candlebox play. I'm taking a guess that the capacity was around 400, maybe 450. The stage was set up in a very unique way. The stage faced the floor at an angle and the speaker stacks faced straight ahead. Hard to explain. Regardless, I set up my rig directly in front of the soundboard DFC of the 2 stacks. The right stack was a bit further back than the left (again, the way the stage was positioned), so the left channel appears slightly higher than the right, but you can barely notice it. Kevin was a bit under the weather, so his voice was not in his normal tip top shape, however KM at 75% is better than what most lead singers can give you at 100%. "Rain" was not on the original setlist but was played anyway. Candlebox's 20th Anniversary tour.
