1. Set I is d1. Set II is d2.
2. d1t01 and d2t01 cut in.
3. I think d1 was recorded using mic-in, and d2 was recorded using
   line-in; there was a big difference between the levels as they
   came off the mini-discs: d1 was really high, d2 really low. I used
   normalize in -b/batch mode to boost d2 by +9.43dB before I
   I tracked it.
4. Big thanks to DaveC for making the recording, and for keeping
   the MDs and giving them to me. Any mistakes in tracking or
   titling are mine.
