View NotesFor completists only! Please read my comments before downloading. If in doubt, stream the set. This was my first attempt at taping outdoors. I sat DFC approx 50 feet from the stage. The recorder was placed on my lap. The stage monitors are approx 50 ft apart. The stage is covered but the seating is open air. Wind was present throughout the set. Rain started just before the start of Mendocino. I had no windscreens for the internal mics. I attempted to shield the recorder from the wind and rain using an umbrella & my body with limited success. I attempted to filter the wind noise but I couldn't do it without degrading the quality of the music. Therefore, there is no editing other than an overall volume boost, trims at each end, and fades at each end of the wave file. There are some pretty good stretches of music but also some pretty bad stretches due to wind noise! Support the band www.borisgarcia.com This was a free show.
