Editing done in 16bit /44.1kHz realm:

- nip/TUCK - trimmed some small bits between tracks and cross faded
   opening sound check down from 4+ minutes to provide some ambiance.

- Mastering - New FOH mixed this.  Small amount of high end elevation
 and a wee bit of reverb to give this tiny room a bit of life.

- Fades - IN/out of set
