View NotesPhish April 6, 1991 Evergreen College Olympia, WA Set I and Set II (partial): -Source is a Maxell XLII Analog Cassette of lineage believed to be SBD/3 -A>D via Nakamichi Dragon>Korg MR1000>Korg Audio Gate>WAV @ 24/96 -96khz > 44khz sample rate conversion via iZotope SRC 64 bit SRC -24bit > 16bit bit depth conversion via iZotope MBIT+ Dither -Tracking performed in Adobe Audition 3.0 -FLAC conversion via Trader's Little Helper -Thanks to Rob Grego for the source tape. All transfers by [email protected] (11.29.2010) Set II (cont.) source: soundboard > cassette > DAT (@ 48 kHz) transfer: Tascam DA-20MKII > Tascam HD-P2 > CF card > usb 2.0 > pc > r8brain v1.9 (resample to 44.1 kHz) > Samplitude SE v9.1.1 (de-hiss, fades, tracking) > FLAC v1.2.1 (Level 8) FLAC tags added with metaflac v1.2.1 transferred by Jason Sobel ([email protected]) seeded April 24, 2008 notes: The Waves X-Noise (v5.0) plug-in was used to reduce background hiss. The original 48 kHz files from the DAT transfer have been archived, and are available upon request. Big thanks to Brett Stone for letting me borrow his DATs! Set I 1. The Man Who Stepped Into Yesterday > [3:28] 2. Avenu Malkanu > [3:16] 3. The Man Who Stepped Into Yesterday [1:20] 4. Tweezer > [11:35] 5. Esther [9:27] 6. The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony > [2:04] 7. AC/DC Bag [7:14] 8. Fluffhead > [14:12] 9. Tweezer Reprise [3:00] Set II 1. Ya Mar [7:06] 2. Split Open And Melt [8:34] 3. Runaway Jim // [7:17] Total Time [1:18:33] Disc 1 - [73:07] Set II (partial) 01 - [04:16] - /Magilla 02 - [04:39] - Llama 03 - [16:23] - You Enjoy Myself 04 - [06:39] - Bathtub Gin 05 - [04:20] - Icculus 06 - [10:27] - Run Like an Antelope 07 - [01:13] - HYHU > 08 - [04:22] - Terrapin > 09 - [00:53] - HYHU 10 - [09:22] - Possum (encore) 11 - [06:00] - Jesus Just Left Chicago > 12 - [04:34] - Alumni Blues > Letter > Alumni Blues Set I and Set II (partial): Known Flaws: TMWSIY fades in. Not sure what is going in Tweezer, no editing performed by me. Tape flip during Fluffhead, I combined the tracks in Adobe Audition 3.0 without crossfading. Set 2 comes in very loud, I did not alter the levels. Runaway Jim is cut at the end. Missing most of set 2 and a lot of problems with this tape but it will have to do until a more complete copy surfaces. Show Notes: All ages show Trey says everyone is confusing him before Ya Mar. Set II (cont.) notes: The beginning of "Magilla" is cut. This is a portion of Set 2 (most of it, but not quite all of it), and none of Set 1. However, at this time, none of this show circulates at all (in either SHN or FLAC format).
