Volume normalization, Sample rate conversion 48khz to 44.1khz using iZotope 64-Bit SRC set higher than "Highest Quality" setting w/anti-alias filter. Then dithered to 16 bits using using iZotope MBIT+ with Ultra noise shaping, with high dither settings. Tracked in CDWav. Tagged in Tag&Rename 3.8 beta 3.

I thought of this recording and transferred it during my original "New Orleans Jazzfest Appreciation Series" but never got to mastering it. While I've seen and taped this band quite a few times -- including a show I released as BARN53, opening for The Meters in 1993, this show jumped out as a "MUST RELEASE" as it featured a guest appearance by 2 Black Crowes -- Chris Robinson and Eddie Harsch. It's not a particularly long set as they were the 2nd of 3 bands on the bill this night: John Hammond and Dirty Dozen were opening for G. Love and Special Sauce. I was at this show taping with my good old taping buddy, Boris Lvovsky, who had recently purchased the Oktava (Russian) mics that we used at this show. This was FUN set and I KNOW you'll enjoy -- it'll be hard to sit still in your seat if you're not already dancing. :) Enjoy!!!
